DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping charge is $9 for all T-Shirt orders within Australia, unless free during a promotional period and the promotional discount code has been applied within the specified period. Hoodie orders are a little more bulky and are printed and manufactured within Australia. We charge $13.64 for the first garment and $3.04 for any additional garments. Mugs are manufactured outside of Australia but you can expect delivery within 5 business days to metro areas. Postage for Mugs is $12.30 for the first mug and $5.45 for any additional mugs. We are bound to external postage pricing but don't make any margin in this aspect of the business to keep your costs as low as possible.
We deliver using Australia Post, depending on your postcode. Once your orders are despatched, we will email you with a tracking number.

Delivery times are dependent on your postcode but should take approx 1 - 2 weeks to metro areas. Usually most orders are printed, despatched and delivered within 5 days. During our Sale periods parcels may take longer. These are guidelines and estimates only.
All orders are delivered during office hours and some require a signature upon receipt.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly, however, delivery times are dependent on your postcode and seasonal times (eg. Christmas crazy season) but should take no longer than 1-2 weeks within Australia, and 3-4 weeks for International orders.
Gigi Tees are custom-made kid's fashion t-shirts, hoodies, baby clothing and mugs will usually arrive within one business week within a metro city or region. Delivery could take approx maximum 3 weeks for delivery to remote or rural areas.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and refunds are accepted and issued on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK THE SIZING CHART PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

We can exchange items for another size, providing availability of the size you require and if we hold the item in stock (post printing) and that it has the same value.
